Cups contain a full 13g of coffee - at least 20% more than most competitors Coffee in the cups is roasted & ground right before we package it. Our single serve cups vent  CO2 from the fresh roasted coffee while in the cup. Enjoy Fossil Fuel, our collaboration with the Field Museum, in convenient single serve cup form! The original Arabian Mokha Java blend dates back to the 1700's where the combination of coffees from the areas of Yemen and Java comprised the world's first-known coffee blend.  We continue that tradition today in Fossil Fuel™ with a slightly modern take on that historical union by using naturally processed coffees from Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea. These coffees mount a complex, wild, yet timeless cup that serves as a looking glass to the beginnings of modern coffee culture. Half Caff you ask? Well, we have been asked so many times that we decided to do a great blend of our Swiss Water Process decaf with our seasonal Colombia and Brazil. The results are spectacular and we're confident you won't know it's only half the caffeine. We do brew it weekly at our Roundhouse Brewery in Aurora, IL and keg it for cafes and restaurants in the greater Chicagoland area.

A classic dark roast, Turning Pointe's Bold blend offers flavors of dark chocolate, cinnamon and toffee. We do our best to bring the roast level right to the edge of caramelizing all the sugars without going overboard into 'char' territory.  We are excited to extend our partnership with Turning Pointe Autism Foundation of Naperville, Illinois by donating 100% of all net profits from their branded products back to their organization. Each coffee bag purchased allows them to keep adults with autism employed at their facility. Dark Roast Level  Established by volunteers in 2007, Founded and led by Randy & Kim Wolf, a team of professionals developed a program of supports that proved life-changing for their family. Their son, Jack, had been diagnosed with autism at eighteen months and was engaging in the most-destructive behaviors associated with the disorder. As their programming helped Jack emerge from a place of isolation to a place of connection, Randy and Kim were relieved but not satisfied. Randy and Kim galvanized a group of volunteers, experts, and the community to start Turning Pointe Autism Foundation in order to create programming for more students.  Turning Pointe is dedicated to creating best practice learning environments to increase independence, and improve communication and socially-appropriate behaviors for individuals on the spectrum. Turning Pointe strives to raise the quality of educational supports for children and young adults with autism. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, we rely on the partnership of volunteers, donors, school districts and Employment Partners to build a thriving center for students learning with autism. https://turningpointeautismfoundation.org
